This website has
been established in order to help keep community members informed about activities related to a Watershed Management Plan
for the Nacitone. The Monterey County Water Resources Agency (MCWRA) obtained a grant from the State Water Resources
Control Board to engage the local community in the development of a watershed plan.
The Nacitone Watersheds Management Plan is being developed by a Steering Committee made
up of local community members from both watersheds as well as representatives of local, state, and federal agencies.
